FIELD: manufacture of compound materials for polyurethane coats of racecourses, sports halls, roofing and waterproofing coats. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mixing urethane prepolymer with filler, catalyst and polyol; used as filler is chalk and quicklime at ratio of 5:1; used as polyol is glycerin or triethanolamine with chlorinated paraffin and ester plasticizer introduced additionally; filler is preliminarily mixed with chlorinated paraffin and ester plasticizer which is followed by introducing urethane prepolymer, catalyst and polyol at the following relationship of components, parts by mass: urethane prepolymer, 100; mixture of chalk and quicklime at ratio of 5: ;1, 160 to 430; catalyst, 0.05 to 2.00; glycerin or triethanolamine, 0.5 to 1.5; chlorinated paraffin, 70 to 190; ester plasticizer, 20 to 55.
