FIELD: building industry, in particular hydraulic insulating materials for insulating of basements, pipelines, etc.

SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains bitumen, plasticizer and/or solvent and polymer additive. As polymer additive it contains low molecular hydroxyl-containing rubber representing isoprene and butadiene copolymer, or divinyl-piperylene rubber, or butadiene rubber having molecular mass of 2000-5000 and containing 0.6-1.9 % of hydroxy groups, and additionally polyisocyanate curing agent, urethane-forming catalyst, chain-branching agent having not less than two hydroxy or amine groups in the next ratio (mass pts): low molecular hydroxyl-containing rubber 100; polyisocyanate curing agent 12-36; urethane-forming catalyst 0.001-3.0; chain-branching agent 0.6-8.0; plasticizer and/or solvent 20-200; bitumen 50-200. In the second embodiment composition contains bitumen, plasticizer and/or solvent and polymer additive. As polymer additive it contains rubber composition based on low molecular hydroxyl-containing isoprene and butadiene copolymer, plasticizer, filler, antioxidant in the next ratio (mass %): low molecular hydroxyl-containing rubber 100; plasticizer 80-100; filler 160-220; antioxidant 1-2. Additionally it contains polyisocyanate curing agent, urethane-forming catalyst, chain-branching agent having not less than two hydroxy or amine groups in the next ratio (mass pts): polymer additive 100; polyisocyanate curing agent 4-14; urethane-forming catalyst 0.001-3.0; chain-branching agent 0.6-8.0; plasticizer and/or solvent 25-200; bitumen 25-200. In the third embodiment contains bitumen, plasticizer and/or solvent and polymer additive. As polymer additive it contains rubber composition based on low molecular hydroxyl-containing divinyl-piperylene rubber, plasticizer, filler, antioxidant in the next ratio (mass %): low molecular hydroxyl-containing divinyl -piperylene rubber 100; plasticizer 20-80; filler 60-100; antioxidant 1-2; in the next ratio of composition components (mass pts): polymer additive 100; polyisocyanate curing agent 4-14; urethane-forming catalyst 0.001-3.0; chain-branching agent 0.6-8.0; plasticizer and/or solvent 25-200; bitumen 25-200.

EFFECT: composition of increased adhesiveness to base under forming of hydraulic insulating and rooting coatings by cold method.
