FIELD: oil-producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device has driving unit made in the form of helical-type rotary mechanism. The latter includes stator and rotor, flow interrupter and supplying unit. Adaptor has internal helical teeth and rotor has external helical teeth. Number of external helical teeth is less by one than that of stator teeth. Flow interrupter includes flap connected with rotor. Plug ins connected with stator and has hole to pass liquid in zone of flap location. Located in upper part of device is supporting unit made, for instance, in the form of pivot and ball located between rotor and pivot. Flap of flow interrupt may have hollows on its side surface. Working fluid is supplied from ground surface through tubing-casing annular space. The device makes it possible to produce pulses of pulses of pressure with low frequency and high pulsation amplitude to enhance efficiency of formation stimulation.
