SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and mining and can be used during execution of drilling operations. According to the general aspect of the declared offer the telemetric device with a hydropulse communication link is used in a drilling column which contains drilling mud flowing inside. The telemetric device with the hydropulse communication link can comprise the pulsator jig located in the drilling column, and the driving system for the pulsator jig driving. The pulsator jig can comprise the non-rotating stator of drilling mud pressure pulsations and the rotor of drilling mud pressure pulsations located near the stator. The driving system can comprise the turbine stator, the turbine rotor and the rotary inertial element magnetically coupled with the turbine rotor. The inertial element in the working state can be connected on the first end with the rotor of drilling mud pressure pulsations. The inertial element at rotation has the inertia, greater than that of the rotor of drilling mud pulsations. According to certain aspects in the telemetric device with the hydropulse communication link the energy of rotation can be transmitted through magnetic coupling from the turbine rotor to the rotary inertial element.
EFFECT: data transmission rate increase.
