FIELD: oil producing industry; deep-well pumping units for producing oil and pumping out other formation fluids. SUBSTANCE: pump has cylinder with suction valve its lower part and hollow plunger with carrier rod and delivery valve arranged in cylinder. Plunger is made on form of coil compression spring around carrier rod. Coil compression spring is installed on rod for limited axial displacement. Ends of spring are locked against relative turning around rod and radial travel. Coils of compression spring in cross section gave the shape of isosceles triangle whose base is in contact with cylinder, and side walls form with base angle of α = 40-45o. Delivery valve is poppet type, its seat being connected to lower end face of spring, and poppet, to lower end of rod. Deep-well pump is furnished with device for adjusting tension of coil compression spring made in form of two round plates with ports to pass pumped out fluid installed for movement on rod and arranged one on the other. Upper plate is locked from turning around rod, and lower plate can be turned around rod. Upper end of coil compression spring is rigidly secured on turnable plate. Coil compression spring is installed on carrier rod with clearance forming axial channel. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of pump and increased its service life. 3 cl, 5 dwg
