FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of restoring operability of a well operated by a sucker-rod pump, and to a rotating device for its implementation. Method includes stopping the pump drive, lowering the hollow plunger by means of rods to the lowest position until the shutoff element and the pressure valve interact with the rod movable in the axial direction. During operation of the pump on the well, pressure is periodically determined on the flow line to the closed linear valve, thus increasing the working pressure. If there is no feed, a dynamogram is taken with an inter-traverse device; the reason for the absence of feed is determined from the dynamogram. After determining the supply failure due to clogging of the delivery valve, the pump drive is stopped. Polished rod is fixed against axial movement by means of tubing anchor — clamp for fixation of polished rod, it is released from the crossbar with the rope suspension, the rope suspension is left in a suspended state on the head of the balance beam of the pumping unit. Rotating device is brought on the polished rod, then the traverse of the cable suspension. After short-term start-up of pumping unit into operation “upward”, tubing anchor — clamp for fixation of polished rod is removed, upper rod holder is fixed on polished rod with the help of blocks. By short-term start-up of pumping unit into operation “for lowering” the string of pump rods is unloaded, the hollow plunger is lowered by means of rods to the extreme lower position till interaction of the shutoff element and delivery valve with the rod made movable in axial direction. Perform 3-4 turns per 90° of sucker rod strings. Due to the created axial pressure by the sucker rod string, abrasion of fine particles and clots of various deposits, which have fallen between the mating parts of the delivery valve, is performed. After the discharge valve is cleaned, the pump drive is connected, by briefly running the pumping unit "up", installing the tubing anchor — a clamp for fixing the polished rod, unloading the rod string until the tubing anchor contacts the wellhead gland cover, disconnecting the traverse with the rope suspension, removing the rotating device in reverse order, traverse with rope suspension is installed on polished rod. After short-term start-up of the pumping unit, the tubing anchor is dismantled — a clamp for fixation of the polished rod, and the well is put into operation.
EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of a differential sucker-rod pump, improving cleaning quality of a disk-shaped injection valve, restoration of its serviceability.
