FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: system is designed for protection against emergencies caused by rise of pressure of energy carrier, water, air, steam or coolant. Protection system has cutoff-control device kinematically coupled with actuating mechanism. The device includes body divided into two cavities by moving element. One cavity is connected to input or output of actuating mechanism, while the other, contains medium under stable pressure. Protection system also has delivery device with drive and reducing device coupled to stable-pressure cavity. Delivery device drive is connected through transducer to pressure pickup in stable-pressure cavity. Reducing device may be connected to transducer output through solenoid coil.
