SUBSTANCE: actuator comprises signal converters whose input is used for connecting with the electric output of the device to be controlled and output is connected with the input of the actuator used for connection with the valve control or control members. At least one signal converter is made of a pressure device whose output is connected with the input of the actuator made of a cylinder.
