FIELD: biotechnology, medicinal microbiology. SUBSTANCE: strain is isolated from youngster feces who intook milk fermented with culture Lactobacillus acidophilus INMIA-9602 (ER 317/402 "Narine") in the process and after course of therapy with antibiotics by selection of isolates showing resistance to antibiotics. Strain multiplicates actively in nutrient media used in production of eubiotical preparations. After 12-14 h of culturing strain increases biomass up to 8-9 lg of microbe cells/1 ml. Strain can develop in concentration of sodium chloride up to 6%, it shows resistance to drying and storage. Strain shows antagonistic activity with respect to pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and survives in the presence of some antibiotics. The limit of acidity of milk fermentation at 37 C is 140 T for 3 days. Strain shows expressed antagonistic activity and salt tolerance and has the more homogeneous cells. Invention can be used in medicine and biotechnology for preparing probiotic preparations of medicinal design and fermented-milk products for curative-dietetic nutrition. EFFECT: strain indicated above, high productivity, valuable properties. 5 tbl
