SUBSTANCE: invention solves problem of improved cleaning of shafts of horizontal holes due to provision for eccentric arrangement of drill pipe string displaced towards upper wall of horizontal shaft. Centering mount of drilling tool has coupling for connection to drill pipe string, hollow rod linked to coupling by thread, lid used as limiter of travel of dies moving along conic body, shifter with hydraulic conduits for flushing fluid to which hoods with holes are welded inside which Teflon bolls having density lesser than that of flushing fluid and cylinder that guide piston-pusher are located. Piston-pusher is cut into four parts according to number of dies. Mount also has rubber ring, four screws, cup, steel pressing ring which form sealing unit, shoe, shifter flexibly coupled and cylinder that are used to link centering mount to drill pipe string.
