SUBSTANCE: inner nozzle contour before the critical section is made in the arc of a circle with radius , the nozzle supersonic section is made with a central angle of expansion within 6 to 12 deg, the final section of the inner nozzle contour is made cylindrical with relative length l′/d′ ≃ 0,1-0,3. The inner contour of the mixing chamber in the initial section is made curvilinear, for example, in the arc of a circle with radius r4/d″ ≃ 1,3-2,6, length of the chamber cylindrical section l″ ≃ (9-11)d″, and the final section of the mixing chamber, having a diameter lesser than the diameter of the diffuser initial section is made tapered with an opening equal to the diffuser opening or lesser by 1-2 deg. The diffuser is made with a central angle of expansion within 4 to 8 deg. and degree of the increase of the area to the outlet section within 6 to 14, where - radius of the section of the active gas nozzle inner contour before the critical section; and d′ - diameters of the critical and outlet sections, respectively; l′ - length of the final cylindrical section of the active gas nozzle inner contour; r4-radius of the initial section of the active gas nozzle interior contour; d″ and l″ - diameter end length of the cylindrical mixing chamber.
