FIELD: hydraulics. SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to float shutting devices intended for provision of long-term and reliable operation of water-closet pans with prevention of water leakage. Device for flush tank with body and lid has feeding pipe-line and valve with lever connected to it. Lever is linked to float and is installed in drain pipe. Pipe extends into body. Shutting member is coupled to driving member and is fabricated in the form of turned-over sleeve embracing protruding section of drain pipe with clearance. Sleeve is fitted with additional float. Mentioned float is anchored over periphery of its open butt. Two cylindrical shells are placed coaxially in turned-over sleeve with clearance. Shells are tightly interlinked in upper part with formation of ring space. Cylindrical sleeve with central hole in bottom for connection with drain pipe is fixed in ring space on protruding section of drain pipe. Butts of drain pipe and cylindrical sleeve are located at one level. Driving member comes in the form of tube positioned vertically with rest in central part. Tube is passed through hole in lid of flush tank and is attached to central part of bottom of turned-over sleeve with provision for communication of its internal space to atmosphere. Float is made in the form of ring with hub embracing turned-over sleeve with clearance and is fitted on tube between its rest and bottom of turned-over sleeve. Telescopic lever of valve can change its length and is hinged to hub of float. Turned-over sleeve is mounted for limited vertical movement by means of clamp-like members. The latter are attached to bottom of flush tank or to lower part of drain pipe with provision of contact with additional float in extreme upper position of turned-over sleeve.
