FIELD: metered delivery of liquid into reservoir to be filled. SUBSTANCE: proposed valve has housing with inner working chamber divided into upper and lower chambers by diaphragm rubber partition. Lower chamber communicates through inlet channel with hydraulic pressure source and through vertical outlet pipe with reservoir to be filled, for instance, with flush tank of water-closet pan. Upper part of outer pipe projects into lower part of chamber in form of branch pipe forming valve. Seat. Partition is provided with stepped projection pointed downwards and arranged with clearance relative to said valve seat for pressing to seat. Plastic circle with side ring wall pointed upwards and engaging with projection wall is fitted inside projection from side of chamber upper part. Partition is secured in valve housing by means of cover with union nut. One hole is made in cover, projection and circle. Hole in cover is arranged in central part. Holes in projection and in circle are made in peripheral part beyond the limits of valve seat, coaxially relative to each other. Needle-type rod installed with clearance in said coaxial holes of circle and projection is secured in cover. Cross-section area of hole in cover is 1.5 - 2 times greater than area of circular clearance between needle-type rod and wall of hole in circle. Diameter of hole in projection exceeds diameter of hole in circle. Cover is provided with vertical projection with joint in upper part. Bell crank is installed on joint. Rubber plug is fitted on one of arms of bell crank in its body. Plug is arranged over hole in cover for overlapping the hole. Other arm of bell crank is connected with float arranged in cup. Ribs are made on inner side wall of cup. Hole in cup bottom places inner space of cup in communication with reservoir to be filled by means of float valve. Lower part of outlet pipe projecting from valve housing has ribs located on outer surface of side wall, and bushing enclosing pipe lower part with clearance. Slots mated with pipe ribs are made on inner surface of bushing side wall. Bushing is connected with valve housing. Float is connected with bell crank arm by separate adjusting screws.
