FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying pathological brain zone perfusion with solutions of pharmacological preparations and neurospecific proteins. Geometric pattern and vascular volume changes are carried out by means of multichannel modeling operators, when the conditions of blood vessels-brain tissue correspondence are satisfied as being physiological. Lesion focus is concurrently irradiated with acoustic electromagnetic field. Remodeling effectiveness is evaluated by applying computer tomography and angiography methods and from some patient brain functions repair being observed according to clinical manifestations. Perfusion is carried out in continuous mode during 2-10 days with 0.025 ml cerebrolysin per 1 ml of physiological salt solution administered in combination with nootropic preparations and neurospecific protein solutions and vascular growth factors at perfusion rate of 15-30 ml/h. Daily perfusion volume is equal to 400-500 ml. Electromagnetic stimulation is carried out using extremely high frequency oscillator in millimetric bandwidth at 5.7 or 7.2 GHz 1-3 times a day during 10-15 min.
