SUBSTANCE: method involves applying plastic repair of brain tissues by means of delivering pharmacological preparations and plastic repair material obtained from nerve tissue, into pathological focus. Combined intraorganic bioengineering action composed of pharmacological, plastic repair and bioinformation manipulations is used as plastic material for this procedure. Mammal embryo neuron preparation is applied as plastic repair material biocompatible with biological fluid of patient when considering the electromagnetic field properties and blood group. Preparation and material delivery is carried out by means of selective intra-arterial transfusion. Information control of patient state and right application of plastic repair and curative measures are carried out by means of continuous monitoring of venous blood and liquor discharged from lesion focus.
