FIELD: flowrate metering technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves passing continuous liquid flow through metering device by means of rotating blades. Liquid flow conveyed to meter blading is forced to rotate together with magnet mounted on the latter; in the process, revolving magnetic field actuates count reed relay; closed states of reed relay contacts and their repetition frequency are recorded by means of computer and converted into flowrate of liquid; current value of flowrate is time-integrated and result obtained is displayed in three-dimensional units. Computer can be controlled and loaded with desired data by means of additional control device connected to it through special contacts. Flowrate metering device has sensor case with inlet and outlet holes, blading, at least one magnet installed in upper part of blading, counter incorporating count reed relay, power supply, and computer made in the form of integrated circuit mounted on printed-circuit board coupled with liquid-crystal display.
