SUBSTANCE: invention relates to peptides with immunostimulating activity, method of their synthesis, drug "Splenopid" developed on the base of these peptides and its using. Peptides of molecular mass from 400 to 50 000 Da are obtained from spleen tissue by mitogenic stimulation of spleen tissue cells in the process of its washing out, organ homogenization, dispersing in distilled water, disruption of cells by freezing-thawing out, ultrasonic oscillation, extract separation and its ultrafiltration through filters with pores size at interface value 50 000 Da. After addition of filling agent to isolated peptides the preparation is obtained in lyophilized form which is stable at storage for two years.
