SUBSTANCE: device consists of a foundation, a vertically movable cross-shaped plate supplied with contactors to the surfaces tightly adjacent to the upper surfaces of valves' heads in an aerosol container, a mandrel and a solenoid. Terminal parts of a foundation are lifted for aerosol to be tangentially applied onto the ceiling and upper parts of the walls. At the same time, contactors of a vertically movable cross-shaped plate are disposed upon vertically movable spring-controlled plungers, moreover, contactor's spring power is greater against that of container's valves.
