FIELD: construction materials production. SUBSTANCE: mould for manufacturing polymer concrete pipes has core with longitudinal slot accommodating insert and clamping device made in form of rod connected by articulated lever system with inner surface of core. Core and insert are provided with stiffening ribs on inner side. Rod is arranged along core axis and is installed by its upper and lower ends in rigidly secured cylindrical sliding bearings. Rod carries bushing rigidly secured at pitch not exceeding core diameter. Nuts with eyes hinge-coupled through levers with stiffening ribs are fitted on bushings. Hinge coupling of nut with insert stiffening rib is slackless, and with core stiffening rib, with clearance equal to thickness of core wall. EFFECT: improved quality of moulded pipes. 5 dwg
