FIELD: bridge-building industry. SUBSTANCE: such supports are used for joining span sections of bridge, also in erection of temporary bridges from mobile sections. Improved operational characteristics of support are achieved by increasing its height stability and reducing its dimensions in travel position. Eye-lugs of similar end of each pair of supporting posts in upper part of support are moved away from each other. Movable parts are installed at angle to vertical plane. Baffle is provided with clamping plates. Coupling pin of splittable joint is connected with rope of rope-and-pulley system. Introduced is automatically operated lock of movable lower part interacting with manually operated lock. EFFECT: high overall efficiency. 7 dwg
