FIELD: gas-turbine plants. SUBSTANCE: blade has nose 2 of central part 1 and at least one member of root part 3-5. All parts of blade are joined together by means of pins and mounted for easy rotation about their axes. Nose 2 deflects inside channel in case of too high air pressure to prevent flow hammer against blade trough. In case of reduced air pressure, nose 2 deflects outside to blade wall under force to prevent flow separation at blade back. Ends of central part and one of ends of root members form together a combination of shaped projection for pin and shaped slot; end of nose and other end of root members form a combination of pin and shaped slot.; slots are closed by walls at sides. All side walls are so arranged that in case of deflection of nose or at least one member of root part their side surfaces form uninterrupted line with side surface of central part. Deflecting root part 5 and its intermediate segments 3 and 4 provide for laminar air flow over end parts of blades and reduce reactivity. Movable nose and root part changing their positions depending on working medium parameters will change flow section of blade-to-blade space.
