FIELD: utilization of sea-wave energy. SUBSTANCE: converter designed to energize sea-going transport in coastal regions and during open sea service, for example, to feed off-line oil- and gas-extracting installations, and the like has cylindrical frame with guides mounted on floating facility and set of hydraulic cylinders. Twin chassis in the form of two wheel-mounted chassis plates is installed inside frame on guides; bottom chassis plate is mounted on guides secured on floating facility and top one is installed on guides of bottom chassis plate at 90 deg. to guides secured on case. Set of hydraulic cylinders is radially attached through articulated joints on one end to frame and on the other, to inner annular support built integral with frame. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, reduced space requirement. 3 dwg
