SUBSTANCE: hydroelectric power plant has adjustable-buoyancy floating platform mounting dual-action limited-turn pumps coupled with single-arm levers. Loose end of lever on each pump is hinged to round-section float 5 whose side surface top part carries wave intake plate 6 set at angle to wave motion as well as horizontal and vertical stabilizers 7 and 9, respectively.
