SUBSTANCE: gear includes generator, power amplifier directed in vertical and horizontal planes, high-frequency pumping signal radiator directed in vertical and horizontal planes mechanically linked to multielement receiving antenna whose electroacoustic converters have high- frequency resonance in their amplitude-frequency characteristics, adder, electron signal processing unit incorporating band-pass high-frequency filter whose central frequency corresponds to high-frequency pumping signal and to one of high-frequency resonance in amplitude-frequency characteristic of electroacoustic converters, amplifier, amplitude detector, low-frequency filter and low-frequency amplifier connected in series. Output of low-frequency amplifier is output of electron signal processing unit and is connected to input of spectrum analyzer.
