FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: goal of invention is achieved by replacement of complex member by heat-conducting rod with detector, which is located between moisturized end of rod and heater. Heater with temperature detector are located in cross section of rod, which inner end is wetted by water. Temperature detector is located between heater and moisturized end of rod, and is connected to regulator of temperature differences in serial with detector, which is located between heater and outer end of rod. EFFECT: simplified design, increased precision of regulation and increased reliability of usage. 1 dwg
