FIELD: farming; production of fodder. SUBSTANCE: plant includes reservoirs for preparation of culture solution and ferment, pumps, pipe lines, fermentation reservoir, finished product accumulator, agitators for above-mentioned reservoirs, emulsifying pump consisting of pumping and emulsifying chambers; emulsifying chamber is provided with disintegrator for cooling the culture solution by addition of cold water followed by fine mixing and pasteurizer consisting of pasteurization reservoir and live steam sprayer. Fermentation reservoir is provided with two-stage pump air disperser including two pumps, compressor for delivery of compressed air to pipe line laid between these pumps and pipe line smoothly distributing mixture in fermentation reservoir. Pasteurizer is located finished product accumulator. EFFECT: facilitated fermentation process; reduced power requirements; improved quality of product and fodder value. 1 dwg
