FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: package includes several polyolefin layers providing shrinkage of film at temperatures below 98 C and adjacent-to-food inside layer containing polyolefin providing shrinkage of film at temperatures below 98 C and, supplementary, dehydroquercetin or quercetin. Inside layer may as well contain food acid, namely citric, fumaric, lactic, malic, or benzoic acid. Layering of package is accomplished by way of extrusion and can be made in the form of packets, small bags or sacs. Outside layer of package may contain dye and/or functional additives.
