FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a functional concentrate of ultra-disperse filler (FCUF) and a composite material based on it in the shrink films intended for the production of shrink films used as packaging material. Functional concentrate contains ethylene copolymer with butene, hexene and propylene of the brand "Plurix 9300" and diatomite. Composite material comprises a functional concentrate of ultradisperse filler, polyethylene and, at least one of the additives, selected from a dye concentrate, an extrusion additive, an antistatic additive. Polyethylene can be chosen as low density polyethylene, high-pressure polyethylene and linear high-density polyethylene or mixtures thereof.
EFFECT: functional concentrate of the invention has a complex of mechanical and thermophysical properties that allow it to be introduced into the polymeric raw material in the production of packaging films, that have specific shrink properties.
