Composition for treatment of keratin substances, in part, hair has grafted organosilicon polymer of polysiloxane structure with grafted silicon-free organic monomer in cosmetically or dermatologically acceptable medium and at least one aqueous dispersion of insoluble particles of nonionogenic or cationic polymer and method of hair treatment with proposed composition. Composition provides good care for hair, it shows good fixing activity and cosmetic properties, for example, distribution, stacking and fluffy of hair.
