FIELD: mechanical engineering; storage and transportation of different cargoes. SUBSTANCE: pallet is made up of several structural members connected to each other. Each member is individually thermally moulded from extruded plastic parison mould of single-layer or multiple-layer structure. Structural members have covering in form of continuous sheet with longitudinal and transverse sides, and at least two horizontal bars, each consisting of upper and lower members. Upper member of each bar is connected by its upper surface to lower surface of covering and is provided with crossmember with posts pointed downwards. Lower member of each horizontal bar has crossmember with posts pointed upwards, each post being secured to one of downwards pointed posts of corresponding upper member of horizontal bar. EFFECT: reduced weight and increased service life of pallet. 19 cl, 3 dwg
