CARGO TRAY AND FLOORING OF CARGO TRAY Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC B65D19/00 

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: cargo tray contains flooring and supports. The tray is made out of shaped paper mass and is multilayer structure out of inserted in each other shaped parts made by method of vacuum forming on meshed forms. The parts are made in form of monolith transverse bases with hollow shoulders of the supports, monolith plate with hollow inserts repeating shape of the hollow shoulders of the supports and installed in them, support inserts out of reinforcement ribs with trapezoidal cross-section fixed in the hollow inserts of the monolith plate, and floor monolith plate. The plate with hollow inserts and floor plate are made with parallel reinforcement ribs with trapezoidal cross-section distributed over entire surface. The reinforcement ribs of one plate are inserted between the reinforcement ribs of the other plate. The floor plate is secured by the support inserts out of the reinforcement ribs. Wall thickness of the shaped reinforcement ribs is at least 1.5 mm, and density is at least 0.4 g/cm³.

EFFECT: on a whole the cargo tray floor and design of the cargo tray have improved strength and rigidity characteristics, reduced labour intensity and expenses for tray manufacturing are ensured, as well as possibility of the tray disposal without environment harm.
