FIELD: transport engineering; positive displacement hydraulic drives. SUBSTANCE: combination-action stepped hydraulic drive has double-acting piston hydraulic motor and single-acting plunger hydraulic motor, controlled hydraulic distributor, pressure and return lines. At least one of hydraulic motors is secured on fixed member. Hydraulic motors are installed for rigid intercoupling. It is expedient to provide such coupling by connecting both hydraulic motors to fixed member. Only one hydraulic motor is connected to hydraulic distributor by hydraulic lines, rod and plunger spaces being hydraulically coupled. With rod and plunger in pusher-out position, all spaces of hydraulic motors are in communication with pressure line. With only rod or plunger pusher out, piston or rod spaces, respectively, are coupled with pressure line, their auxiliary space being coupled with return line. EFFECT: optimization of design of hydraulic drive by decreasing number of hydraulic lines laid from hydraulic distributors to consumers, enlarged operating capabilities by provision of simultaneous independent operation of hydraulic motors. 2 cl, 2 dwg
