FIELD: polymerization reactions. SUBSTANCE: emulsion radical polymerization of conjugated dienes possibly mixed with vinyl-substituted aromatic compounds in presence of redox initiator (peroxide) and activation system consisting of bivalent transition metal, reducing agent, and optionally chelator is brought to stop at temperature from 20 to 70 C by assistance of interrupter consisting of 0.010-0.03 wt.pts (per 100 wt.pts of monomer(s)) of isopropyl hydroxylaminoacetate and 0.005-0.015 wt.pts of polysulfide described by general formula M2Sx, wherein M id Na or K and x=1-7 (with average value 4). EFFECT: avoided utilization of nitrosamines or their precursors. 8 cl, 7 tbl, 4 ex
