FIELD: radial- axial stages of turbomachines. SUBSTANCE: runner has set of sector members with flat radial and twisted axial blade sector portions provided with roots and enclosed in shrouds. Each sector portion is shaped so that its projection over radius to center is inscribed in parallelogram one pair of whose parallel sides occurs in cross planes of runner and other pair runs on both ends along line such as center line between them lying in plane where centers of gravity of sector member tangential sections and roots are aligned. EFFECT: improved stiffness and vibration stability, facilitated manufacture. 12 dwg
