FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas turbines. SUBSTANCE: proposed cooling device for gas turbine wheel has cooling air supply ring space formed between side surfaces of cover disk and turbine disk, and cooled blades secured on turbine disk by herringbone joint. Channels to pass cooling air into blades are made in blade roots. Cover disk consists of sectors with radial bosses at side of ring space equal to number of blades. Through is made in each radial boss and in cover disk sector body to feed air after compressor. This channel communicates through shaped branch pipe with channels along which air is fed into corresponding blade. Sectors of cover disk are secured between turbine disk and intermediate disk by means of shanks. Channels made in sector shanks serve to feed air from compressor intermediate stage into indicated ring space communicating with clearances of herringbone joint of blades and turbine disk. Each sector of cover disk is fixed on turbine disk in circumferential direction, its projections engage corresponding projections of turbine disk to provide locking of sector axially and radially.
