FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: domestic pump is used for intake and lifting of subsoil water from open reservoirs and wells for watering of gardens. Pump has cylinder with piston and rod hinge-connected to lever. Cylinder is divided into two parts by flange. Lower part serves as an operating cylinder. Subpiston and superpiston spaces of operating cylinder are coupled to tie-rod water-intake cavity and to drain independently through pipelines, and they form water-intake and drain systems, respectively. Drainage system of spaces of water-intake tie-rod and operating cylinder is represented by pipeline and shut-off device. Upper part of cylinder is essentially reservoir filled with water and coupled to cavity of water-intake tie-rod. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, simplified design. 7 cl, 3 dwg
