FIELD: oil and gas producing industry, particular, methods for secondary opening of wells by mechanical perforation. SUBSTANCE: device for mechanical perforation of wells includes body with inlet channel and partition. Body accommodates hydraulic actuator in form of piston with rod and chamber under it. The device has working piston with piercing unit. The above-piston space is communicated with hydraulic actuator. Rod forms air chamber together with partition and body. The device has control valve made in form of shutoff member of the body which is connected with rod and rigidly secured in body. Control valve has bypass channels, control unit and floating circular piston located between shutoff member of the body and its partition having check valve. EFFECT: provision of mechanical perforation of well by hydrostatic pressure in well. 5 cl, 1 dwg
