SUBSTANCE: artillery mount shot feed mechanism has a drive, trough - tube support with pawls and a pawl opening and closing mechanism. The drive is made as a reduction gear with a motion screw and releasing device. With one end the screw is hinge-joined to a cam installed on the axle of a bar hinge-joined to the floor of the fighting compartment. Made on the outer surface of the cam is a cam slot engageable with a spring-loaded retainer installed in the bar hole and engageable with one of the posts rigidly secured on the floor of the fighting compartment. Hinge-joined to the bar is a shot tipper engageable with the post cam slot. The trough-tube support with the pawl opening and closing mechanism is made of two spring-loaded flutes symmetrically installed along the bar, engageable by spherical end-pieces with the cam guides secured on the posts.
