FIELD: military equipment, in particular, large-caliber artillery mounts, applicable in armored equipment, in structures of infantry combat vehicles, airborne combat vehicles, and ship- borne artillery mounts. SUBSTANCE: the artillery mount ramming mechanism has a drive, ramming device and a slipping device. The drive with the slipping device is made in the form of two electric motors with a reduction gear. Rotation from the reduction gear is transmitted to a spring- loaded gear installed for movement along a screw secured in rectilinear- shaped supports and engaged with a tapered bush secured on the screw. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of mechanism operation at ramming of rounds of different length and mass. 3 dwg
