FIELD: automatic control over flow rate of fluids in various branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to odorization process where proportional feed of odorant into gas is required. Device has sensitive element, metering pump, vessel with consumed odorant and gas pipe-line. Novelty of device lies in that metering pump based on circuit of piston pneumatic and hydraulic booster and providing for discrete metered supply of odorant by feedback signal from flowmeter of odorized gas is connected to pressure line via cavitation Venturi tube ahead of which pressure transducer is installed and to vessels with consumed odorant placed in series and linked to gas pipe-line via main and stand-by dropping bottles. Internal space of metering pump above piston of odorant feed and limited by seal along piston rod communicates with suction line via check valve. EFFECT: increased functional reliability, simplified design and adaptability to manufacture with maintenance of sufficient precision of control over feed of odorant into gas pipe-line. 1 dwg
