FIELD: automatic control of liquid flowrate in various industries; imparting odor to gases in definite proportions. SUBSTANCE: device has service tank holding liquid odorant and adjustable heater used to convert liquid odorant into fume; heater is made in the from of recuperative heat exchanger immersed in bottom part of service tank; heat-exchanger inlet is connected to hot end of swirl-type energy separator and outlet, to neck of Venturi tube installed in bypass line; line branched off pipings feeding hot gas to heat exchanger and to bypass line mounts flow regulator which is, essentially, flow distributor with servo drive controlled by signal coming from monitoring and control unit. Bottom part of tank is connected to outlet of metering feed pump operating in response to signal coming from sensor monitoring odorant level above heat-exchanger surface; top part of tank above spray separator is connected to odorant fume discharge tube whose outlet is connected to recovery ejector for mixing up cold and spent hot flows discharged from swirl-type energy separator. EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability and economic efficiency of device. 1 dwg
