FIELD: crude oil treatment. SUBSTANCE: method proposes measuring volume of emulsion from low-productivity oil wells, separating gas, introducing demulsifier into pipeline leading emulsion from measuring unit to separator, withdrawing formation water from settler, and treating crude oil by extensive dehydration and desalting, which are achieved after addition of hot water into emulsion and its dispersion followed by phase separation. Demulsifier is added in two steps by equal parts. The second half amount of it is added when dispersing emulsion by creating pump- settler circulation involving also introduction of hot water. Phase separation in settler before and after dispersion is carried out under heat- action condition. Crude oil is treated in at least two settlers thereby providing continuous inflow of emulsion from wells. EFFECT: reduced expenses on construction and operation of oil-treatment plants due to decreased number of steps of dehydration and desalting of gas-water-oil emulsion. 1 dwg
