FIELD: road construction. SUBSTANCE: method includes placement at once of moistened ash-mineral mixture in a layer 16-24 cm thick in compacted state into prepared and compacted trough-shaped earth base with vertical walls. Then, mixture is additionally moistened to preset moisture content and finally compacted beginning from roadbed middle to sides with overlapping the previous trace of road-roller. Prior to placement of asphalt-concrete pavement, base is poured with 1-% lye solution. Said ash-mineral mixture contains in addition to building broken stone, various production wastes, precisely: coal burning fly ash, wastes of broken stone production, wastes of lime and carbide production - hydrated lime, and wastes of production of detergents in the form of nigre. Three components used in ash-mineral mixture as binding agents: fly ash, hydrated line and nigre in total amounting from 45 to 70% impart to the mixture the unique property: after its placement into base of roadbed and final compaction, after 30 days, the entire layer of mixture transforms into monolithic mass. EFFECT: increased quality and reliability of roadbed structure of motor roads, reduced consumption of mineral building materials, utilization of various production wastes. 4 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl
