EDGE SECTION OF FORM PANELS AND LOCK OF PANEL FORMS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: edge section of form panels is designed for joining of adjacent form panels in manufacture of monolithic concrete structures. Edge section of form panels has post perpendicular to deck with thickened part in zone of deck adjoining, and surrounding contour with deck supporting platform and lock hollow. Post thickness equals 1.01-2.0 thicknesses of З-shaped surrounding contour welded to post with its ends. One of welded units is located beyond plane of deck resting on supporting platform, while the other is made flush with plate parallel to deck plane and running through external panel end (with respect to deck) and external surface (with respect to supporting platform) of surrounding contour. Lock of panel forms includes body with fixed overhanging lug on it and having bevel, movable lug installed on body also having bevel and locking wedge. Rigidly mounted on body end in the same plane with fixed lug is cylindrical sleeve accommodating L-shaped movable lug also with bevel and installed for turning round its longitudinal axis and motion along its axis. Formed in lower part of lug is transverse channel with locking wedge freely accommodated in it. Locking wedge is made in the form of wedge-like lever located between end face of sleeve lower part and wall of transverse channel for motion along channel.
