FIELD: building, particularly forms, shutterings, or falsework for making walls, floors, ceilings, or roofs.
SUBSTANCE: form assembly comprises falsework, struts and modular frame sheets. Each frame sheet comprises load-bearing frame having edge profiles arranged along sheet perimeter, transversal bracings and tie members, plywood deck and fastening members, as well as sheet connection locks. Form is provided with stiffening beams. Load-bearing frame additionally has partitions made as beams of closed profile having rectangular sections and provided with a number of bushes having smooth orifices and spaced apart a predetermined distance. Edge profiles are provided with special threaded bushes having axes parallel to sheet deck. Transversal bracings of load-bearing form sheet frame have threaded bushes and brackets. At least one bush is provided with jointing profile. Sheet connection lock is provided with hinged connection means. Welded seam of edge load-bearing frame profile of the form sheet is made on lower profile shoulder. Transversal bracings and tie members are created as steel beams having closed hollow profiles of rectangular shapes. Sheet frame is made by permanent connection process, for instance by welding. Sheet dimensions in height and width are equal to multiple enlarged module dimension equal to 300 mm. Assembly also includes locking wedge having curvature radius equal to that of annular segmented slots having centers coinciding with hinged connection means center. Locking wedge has uniform thickness. Form assembly also has radial members to form round parts of cast-in-place walls, sliding form including lift shaft, turn-buckles and all-purpose screw locks, as well as floor panel creation form. The floor panel creation form comprises main and transversal flange beams made, for instance, of timber or timber and metal, telescopic posts, all-purpose yokes and tripods.
EFFECT: reduced form work time, possibility to erect columns, wall ends, outer wall corners with the use of the form assembly, extended functional capabilities, possibility to use simple components, namely rods and nuts, for the form assemblage, possibility to use plastic angle members for corner sealing, reduced time and labor inputs for form assemblage, which results in reduced costs of form erection works and material consumption, possibility to erect round walls, form stripping without lift shaft disassembling, increased operational safety due to possibility of special service panels and staircase clips installation.
