SUBSTANCE: method consists in that visual observation of object state is combined with sound observation, and guard system uses visual-sound observation simultaneously with television cable system of object. Device for the method embodiment has microphone, units of conditioner of radio frequency TV modulated signal, unit of TV signal receiver, wide-band video amplifier and panels for TV receivers of TV cable network users.
