FIELD: wind-power engineering; speed control using energy of moving media. SUBSTANCE: speed governor has generator connected to electric load and mounted on slewing head that is hinged to hub for turning coaxially to tower; it also has two levers linked with slewing head and acting in opposite directions, spring one of whose ends is coupled with one of levers, two plates mounted on ends of levers, horizontal rod secured on hub and provided with end wind vane and projection coupled with other end of spring, three-section link mechanism whose first, second, and third pins are linked through common hinge; first pin is mounted on slewing head, second and third ones are hinged to respective levers at points equally spaced from rod; levers are hinged to the latter; novelty is that speed governor is provided with electromagnet whose armature is hinged to one of levers and its inductor is hinged to projection; electromagnet inductor coil is connected in series with generator load circuit. EFFECT: improved precision of windwheel speed control. 3 dwg
