FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: wind engine comprises a body, a bearing shaft, a wind wheel in the form of a hub with rotary blades fixed on it and a power controller. The power controller comprises a spring, a stop, a control nut, a controlled tubular stop, a traction plate with double-link hinged levers and rollers of blade rotation. There is an electromagnet installed coaxially to the controlled tubular stop on the body. The circular ferromagnetic electroconductive anchor of this electromagnet is installed on the external surface of the stop with the possibility to control and limit anchor travel in direction of spring compression and its fixation against rotation. A controlled stop is installed at the end of the bearing shaft at the side of a wind wheel. On the inner surface of the electromagnetic core there are longitudinal-transverse slots. The electromagnet winding is connected in series into a power generator loading circuit.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure permanent frequency of power generator voltage at any speed of wind and different electric load.
