SUBSTANCE: the device has the main light- emitting diode, two output terminals, connected to which is the main parametric voltage regulator consisting of series-connected main stabilizer diode and main resistor differing by the fact that it uses an additional parametric voltage regulator consisting of series-connected additional stabilizer diode and two additional resistors; the positive leadout of the additional light-emitting diode via the first additional resistor is connected to the positive leadout of the additional stabilizer diode, the positive leadout of the main light-emitting diode is connected to the center tap of the main parametric voltage regulator, the negative leadout of the additional stabilizer diode is connected to the main resistor, and connected to the first output terminal, the negative leadouts of the main and additional light-emitting diodes are interconnected and connected via the second additional resistor to the second output terminal, the positive leadout of the main stabilizer diode is connected to the second additional resistor to the second output terminal, the positive leadout of the main stabilizer diode is connected to the second additional resistor and also connected to the second output terminal.
