FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: while electric heater is manufactured from crystalline laminated graphite these laminations are segregated by displacement of flat layers in parallel to datum plane of laminations till graphite film is produced. Laminations are segregated mechanically under pressure of forming tool amounting to 200.0 kgf/cm of contact length of tool. As result resistance can be decreased up to factor of 200 and articles can safely operate at supply voltage of 12, 24, 36 V. EFFECT: manufacture of electrically heated articles of various assignment working at safe supply voltage. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
